Thierry Henry, born August 17th, 1977 in Les Ulis, France, is the definition of a striker. This French international played for many of Europe's top clubs, including Monaco, Juventus, and Barcelona. Yet, Henry is most remembered for his tenure at one the English Premier League's finest clubs, Arsenal.
While playing for the gunners, he has tallied 226 goals in all contests, more than any other in the clubs history. Known for his exceptional pace and knack for finding the back of the net, he is one of the most prolific strikers in the game today. Henry, also a key player for the French national team, has earned 123 caps and scored 51 goals for Les Bleus.
Henry signed with the New York Red Bulls in July of 2010. He has been nominated for FIFA World Player of the World two times, and has been named PFA Players' Player of the Year three times.
