Seattle Sounders FC is owned by four primary investors: Joe Roth, Adrian Hanauer, Paul Allen, and Drew Carey. Joe Roth, the majority owner, is a well known Hollywood Producer. Paul Allen is a Microsoft co-founder and current owner of the Seattle Seahawks of the NFL and the Portland Trailblazers of the NBA. Adrian Hanauer is the former owner of the now defunct USL-1 Seattle Sounders. Drew Carey is an American comedian and gameshow host.
